Eliteliving provides luxury properties for rent in the West Midlands area.  Our portfolio is focused on professional house-shares, where individuals can live in luxury hotel standard furnished accommodation with a blend of privacy and companionship with other professionals.  The monthly rent includes all utilities, TV, internet, parking and cleaning of common areas.  We also rent a number of high quality 3-bed and 4-bed houses which we let unfurnished.

Our properties are all of a high standard and in excellent locations - we only buy homes that we would be happy to live in ourselves.  All have been specially converted or extensively refurbished by us before letting.  We work closely with the Housing Team at each local council to ensure that we meet or exceed all applicable regulations and we are members of the National Landlords’ Association.
